Southwestern Style Chicken (or "Chicken") and Black Bean Stew/Jalapeno Cornbread Mini-Loaves

Hello, everyone!

I'm afraid that I have to postpone soup for another week due to a full work schedule this week and the fact that I'm DJing all day Saturday, March 8 at the Green With Indie craft show. However, I'm going to go ahead and take orders for next week (pick up/delivery 3/14-15) starting now.

I'm dreaming of a savory and thick beany, chicken (or a meat substitute "chicken") stew, full of vegetables and earthy spices like oregano and cumin, and a bit of brown rice. I'm still formulating the recipe, but I promise it will be rich and delicious, with a bit of chipotle heat! 


For accompaniment, I think cornbread with a hint of jalapeno is perfect for dunking into the stew. As usual, I will have the mini-loaves.

(Payment via cash, check, credit, or Paypal) I'm taking orders till next Wednesday afternoon, March 12. Orders taken via emails, text messages, carrier pigeon, smoke signals, etc. Pickup/delivery will most likely start as usual on Friday afternoon/evening and Saturday. Delivery available for an additional $2 to City and inner ring suburbs.
